The following danger to an embryo is represented by the immune answer of mother with development of clones T-killernyh of cages (CD8 +), specific to fatherly antigenes of the main complex гистосовместимости I and II classes (HLA). Antigenes HLA of a fruit transferred by the father, are distinguished by immune system of mother as alien. Thereof the cages of the fruit bearing given antigenes, become targets for T-killers of immune system of mother and should be лизированы. It is established, that in the absence of an expression of the above-stated antigenes on embryo cages there is no generation of T-killers and, moreover, if clones of cytotoxic T-cages and appear, for example, thanks to the previous immunizations they are not capable to distinguish a target. The phenomenon of interruption of pregnancy with participation T-killernyh of cages demands time: 14 days - theoretical term in case of the first pregnancy, 7-8 days - in case of repeated.
