I regularly use both oils, and aromatic sticks. And, I like to light not so much Indian (thin) - there a coal basis and essence, how many Nepalese - there the pressed backs and grasses, including medical. Helps at cough, a headache, removes stress and weariness, a nervous tension. Sometimes such sticks contain tens components, and the smell varies in the course of burning.
For essence is аромалампа. If I feel cold signs, I pour there slightly waters, I drip on one-two drops of a sage, a pine, a lavender or a lemon, I light a candle in a lamp, and the room is filled with curative aromas.

Exclusively natural components and the cleanest smell at mark sticks "AUROSHIKHA" (an emblem - a red castle with a solar disk). I bought a sandal-wood tree (sandalwood), мирру (myrrh), an incense (frankincense), a pine, opium, a cedar - all super! But an incense and мирра - favourite. I adore to burn down аромапалочки, but, unfortunately, advantage of them, in respect of health, was not present any!!! More likely on the contrary - at stick burning together with aromatic substance "stick" on which the aroma-substance keeps is burnt, and it is usual ashes from burning of a tree which only is harmful to a human body!!!
